Our efforts to make MARC successful is reaching the
STRATOSPHERE!!

Your PPI Board has appropriated $10,000 to encourage our membership to attend the 2009 MARC convention in Decatur, IL on March 22 to 25th.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS

FIRST DIBS:
Current Gold Card members immediately can register by February 28 to attend the convention with convention meals free (excluding the banquet). After Feb. 28, payment will be required unless there is stimulus money left.

SECOND PRIORITY:
All current members have the opportunity to upgrade to Gold Card for the same benefits.

THIRD TO GET THE GOODIES:
Last year's Gold Card members that have not renewed have the opportunity to renew their Gold Card by February 28 for this benefit.

LAST:
After February 28, the free registrations are opened to the general membership that did not renew from last year, if the budget allows. All free registrations must be made by March 5, 2009.

BONUS!!
PPI Board will conduct a drawing to reimburse your hotel room costs for the convention. The number of rooms to be included in the drawing would be determined by amount of money left in the stimulus budget. Only those staying at the Decatur Conference Center for MARC will be eligible and receipts MUST be presented. The drawing will be done at the PPI Board meeting on March 22nd.
