Fellowship Degree Program

fellowshipProfessional Photographers of Indiana Print Fellowship Degree was formed to honor members who have demonstrated their outstanding photographic abilities through print competition.  Only prints entered in PPI print competition can earn points toward this degree.  The degree is earned by accumulating 25 Indiana print points.  They are credited from the list below, based on scores and awards presented.  Points earned each year at convention are eligible for the next year’s presentation of degrees.  They are recognized with a black ribbon.

Professional Photographers of Indiana Service Fellowship Degree was formed to honor members who have contributed considerable service, time, and dedication to PPI.  The degree is earned by accumulating 25 Indiana service points.  They are credited from the list below, based on jobs completed, as well as service hours.  Each job, board position, and convention duty has set points credited.  Each member’s hours completed at seminars and convention are kept and reported to the fellowship committee by the president or chairman.  25 hours = 1 point, and that is then added to your total.  Those awarded job, board position, and convention duty points can not count hours during those assignments.  Degrees can be earned by accumulating hours or through points from jobs, board positions, convention duties or both.  See list below for specifics.  Points earned each year at convention are eligible for the next year’s presentation of degrees.  They are recognized with a red ribbon.

Professional Photographers of Indiana, Inc. developed the fellowship degree program to recognize PPI members for their accomplishments, hard work, and dedication to our profession and organization.  All degrees require a minimum of three continuous years of membership to PPI.  It is separated into two separate degrees.  Members can hold one or both.  Service degree holders are recognized with a red ribbon.  Print degree holders are recognized with a black ribbon.  Those holding both, have a black/red ribbon.
